1 Peter 1:13-16

A healthy church is a holy church. As Peter reminds us, ‘you shall be holy, for I [the Lord] am holy.’ This call to a higher standard of honoring God and living in obedience can feel challenging, as we often struggle and slip into old, unholy habits. But we, as a church, can live confidently because of our hope in Christ, who paid the price to make us holy.
